I will attend a party, get ****faced, and try to get laid, but I will not watch the game. A month later and no matter how hard I tried I still can’t get over the lube-up-and-bend-over job that this team did at home. Just saw the latest papa johns commercial and all I wanted to do was kick Manning in his huge head, roadhouse style. Thank god he had no lines there would be a beer mug size hole in my tv right now. They had the team and opportunity to win this super bowl and these poosies let’em off the hook! Went to **** because it was cold. Hope it doesn’t get below 50 degrees next year because THE Denver Broncos can’t play in the cold apparently. Un****ingbelievable. Elway has a vision, but this isn’t it! This. Is. Not. It! And **** you too, Ray Lewis. I’m sick of your ****. Retire already, dick!

I'm with you. This Super Bowl is like routing for cancer to beat AIDS.

I'm with you EO. I've watched probably a combined 20 minutes of the games that followed that debacle. Just can't bring myself to watch football and enjoy it. And I'm still p*ssed at how badly we got jobbed by the refs, too. Will take a long time to get over this.

Elway was older than Manning at the time in 1997... So yeah we can still hope for it. We just have more holes to fill I think.

There is nothing appealing about this Superbowl for a Broncos fan... That said, I'll be making my famous "Chili Dog Nachos", which are a hit with my friends and family.

I will enjoy the hell out of this superbowl like I always do. Does not matter who's playing.
All logic and reason says, as it always does, that it should be the most miserable experience of the year: On my own. At 3am in the uk. With work the next morning. Yet no matter I still get excited as it approaches, and have done every year since Jan 1988 when I watched my first one (And even THAT outcome didn't put me off....) I suppose I just know that after this there's no proper football for 8 months so I try to squeeze max enjoyment out of it... |

I'm not all that jacked about this Super Bowl either, If the niners win I win 40 bucks but that's it for any rooting interest.

The thing I am cheering for this Super Bowl is that my squares come up ...come on 2 - 2!
