Sorry, but I use Bazi for all my fitness needs. One cup and I am good to go trolling or running, my choice. Plus, using sunlight everyday instead of eating keeps the pounds off and the brain stimulated.

The Broncos use Power Plates in their new training regime and as a result have had much less injuries so this is quite Denver Broncos football related.

The reason I post less and less it because of idiots just like you.

As was mentioned, the Broncos have incorporated the power plate into their exercise regiment this year. Injuries are down, though a lot of the other things they are doing is a result of this.

I doubt the Broncos will ever have another season where they stayed as healthy as they did last year. Makes the loss all the more disappointing because it was such a huge opportunity.

Next time include that little tidbit while making the OP. If my reply to your OP meant that you would post less on the Mane, how can I stop with the insults? Next time, finish the post. There was no race. No one else was thinking about putting a Power Plate thread together. You had time. Collect your thoughts, type it out, use some cut n paste if needed and then hit submit (then go back and finish the subject line and post as we know the tricks to do a thread on the Mane).

Not everyone remembers the name. Not everyone has been on boards since the beginning of the season. There are new people that come to the Mane. Of course when we talk about items only a Maner would know, it is hard to explain it everytime in detail. This thread wasn't about a joke but a tie in to what the Broncos use. Just a simple explanation would have worked out great. Never mind that, your OP was on the money.
