Do you think I attacked you in that thread for being a woman, do you think I attacked you in that thread for letting your "womanhood" decide your opinion. You didn't hit that thread and say "Wow, look at this. I should read it and then make an informed post on the subject."

All I was admitting to was that it was a trolling thread. that's it. Which I also stated above.

As for lying in a bed I made. No I don't think I make any of these guys resort to the use of sexist terminology.

As for whether I want to be treated differently? Not exactly. What I would like is the level of hostility in this board to lower. What I would like is everyone to try not to react so angrily. Take a damn breath before posting something that you probably wouldn't say to someone in person. What I would like is the debates to be on the merit of the information, not just the personality of the poster (male or female).

As you have said in your responses, show me when I post something wrong, prove it. If someone says something dumb, does the first reaction have to be boy your a dumbass or your a dumb b**** or on your menstrual cycle are you? That isn't an argument, that's just being an a-hole. I am not saying every debate has to be intellectual. Frankly the caption threads are funny so are foodjacking, boobjacking, etc. But during actual debates, keeping it to debating the point, not the poster's personality would be nice.

And so you know this isn't directed at you, nor do I think I always keep it smart. I don't claim to know everything, but I am fairly smart and I do care about not hurting people.

I girl I had an anthropology class with told me about a women's studies course she took at CSU-Ft Collins. First day of class, a giant vagina was being projected onto the front wall. The professor was wearing a robe of some kind and all the guys (all three of them) who elected to take the course were told to be part of the class they would have to be "reborn" as women as to not mess with the energy.

While I doubt the validity of the reborn portion of the story, I do believe a vagina was projected onto the wall. Which would be enough for me to check out.
