Pretty sure one of our previous top scouts Adam Peters left for the 49ers. Whoever replaced him is on fire.

Crosby, Richardson or Jamarco Jones would be good targets with that other 4.

Still waiting for help on the offensive line, but hard to argue against Jewell.

To recap....

Bradley Chubb.... many are saying an equal to Von Miller on the opposite side.

Courtland Sutton.... not sure about him, but I freely admit I don't know anything about him. Hopefully he's more productive than some of the past few high wr picks over the last few years.

Issac Yiadom... Obviously with Talib gone, they are going to need someone to step into his shoes. Not sure Yiadom will be that guy, but he'll at least be in the mix.

Royce Freeman.... One of the most productive running backs in PAC 12 history. I figure he will make an immediate impact in the Denver backfield.

Josey Jewell.... Big 10 leader in tackles. I like it, and hopefully he will be a run stuffer with immediate rotation on defense with potential to start.

I approve of this draft.

Other holes were more important to fill.

I think TE is the most important hole left, unless they like Austin Traylor for one more year.

Jake Plummer at Casa Bonita. Where’d he get that idea?

Laughing at all these accolades, since nobody knows how good a draft is for at least two years. Tap the break, slow it down, generate some discussion beyond the hand clapping and chest thumping.

Jewell seems like a decent pick, an instinctive over-achiever type with a poor 40 time and a solid work ethic, film junkie, etc...that model's been useful in the past for NFL inside backers.

We damn well better get an O-lineman with this next pick.
