Second, I have no doubt that there are some media outlets that truly don't care what you do with their content (or, more like, they have bigger issues than dealing with a small message board over such matters). But if you think that websites don't care if you read their content on their own site, or on someone else's - well, you're not in the real world.

Do you have an ad blocker? How often do you visit even the biggest sites and get a nag message about disabling your ad blocker, so that they can afford to keep posting content?

They care. And even the giant media companies don't make money when someone reads an article on the Orange Mane, rather than reading it on the Indianapolis Star Tribune.

But if they don't say anything about it, why do we even care?

Do none of them care? Or, is it just the biggest ones that don't care? So, let's say that we have a policy of it being kosher to post full articles. One day, TJ gets a cease-and-desist from the owner of a smaller site (like Mile High Report, as an example). Do you think it's realistic for TJ to train a few thousand posters that, "Going forward, it's okay to post content from sites A, B, and C; but don't post content from sites D, E, and F?"

Of course it isn't. Hence, we have a blanket policy.

Third, I'm sure there are threads where it hasn't been enforced. But if either 1) someone reports it to a moderator, or 2) a moderator notices it himself/herself, I guarantee you it gets addressed.
I just posted your entire post please dont sue me.

I think he'll do better this time around, he's learned from his mistakes. His play design is some of the best in football.

And he wouldnt take that job to trade Luck, cut the crap.

It will be interesting to see him as a HC this time around. Ballard is the one with personnel control so with him sticking to just HC duties and having Luck he should do alright.

Of course...Belichick disciples have a .407(156-227) winning % as head coaches and the only one with a winning record is Al Groh.

How about the Tebow trade, at least we got one year out of him.

Then there was that stupid Trade for a RB who I already forgot.

Only thing he was good at was drafting WR's.

Going to be fun watching him goose step around Lucas Oil then go on an historic losing stretch.
How could you forget? Lawrence Maroney for a 4th rounder. I still hyperventilate over that one.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I am too busy with the Richard Quinn for Hall of Fame committee to really remember other stuff.

So... he's not taking the job? Per Schefter?

** Edit... someone beat me to it.

Bet he's been guaranteed the Pats job once Belichick retires, which is probably when Brady does.

Schefter reporting he's staying with the Pats. Sorry, on my phone, can't figure out how to link.

Stunner: Patriots’ OC Josh McDaniels has decided NOT to accept Colts’ HC job and will remain with New England, sources told ESPN.

Per Schefter.

Sounds like Bill Belichick might retire sooner than later.

He's probably replacing Bill if he's staying then, one assumes.

Guess one of the Eagles coaches might get a job after all. Though Toub was rumored to be the guy if McDaniels changed his mind.

That's what I'm thinking. I don't think anything is imminent, though. Maybe after next year?
