Check it out! I've transferred some of your recipes over there...but probably forgot a few. Be sure to stop in and put your favorites in...I'll try and organize them into an OM Tailgate Cookbook...we'll see how it goes!

Someone needs to round up Milehimike and asks him how he cooks his brats. It can't just be the apple wood he cooks them on. There's something about Wisconsin and brats.

its in the brat itself, and the beer of course...its like a magic catalytic reaction...i dont even know if thats the correct usage of the word.

There is no doubt MH Mike makes the best brats. I tried them after he DROVE...some to SD a couple years ago. If I'm not mistaken he lives in Wisconsin. Now that's a long way to deliver some grub.

I've got a great recipe for potato wedge nachos. sooo much better than the regular everyday nachos...I don't want to post the link to my blog (for fear of getting banned) but if you want it I'll write it down.
