What fantasies do you have when you watch your favorite cheerleader, read her bio on denverbroncos.com, etc?
My fantasy is about Lauren Gardner, and doing news with her. I'm a journalism student in college, and I want to have my own network evening newscast on the FOX Network, and do it out of the FOX News Channel in New York. I'm a reporter for an underground newspaper, and a volunteer announcer for a public radio station. Hard news, politics and investigative reporting are my forte. Not only that, I've been a Broncos fan since 2007. I read Todd Civin's article on Bleacher Report http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2...er-pretty-face Most fantasies are about broadcasting and journalism One fantasy is seeing myself doing hard news stories in the world of sports - me as Peter Jennings and Lauren as Jim McKay. Jennings and McKay anchored together for ABC's coverage of the terror attack at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, Germany. Here's a YouTube clip of Jennings and McKay calling the 1984 Summer Games from LA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akCndyEaiL0 Another fantasy is me being the Bob Woodward to her Carla Bernstein. Woodward and Bernstein were the famous reporting duo for the Washington Post, who blew the lid of the 1972 Watergate scandal, leading to the resignation of Richard Nixon. Suppose there was a steroid scandal, where a coach suggests players take that garbage. This falls under two of four categories of hard news (science, legal and law): the science part explains the harmful side effects, which could have deadly results; the legal and law part explains taking the fun and dignity out of competition. Lauren and I would blow the lid off hat scandal hard, and at the same time, we would be like Jennings and McKay, seeing that story is the hard news story in the world of sports. Third fantasy is FOX News. Lauren was an intern for FOX Sports Rocky Mountain, and she and other Broncos cheerleaders made an appearance on the FOX National News (during the 2008 Democratic National Convention). I see myself bumping Shepard Smith (FOX Report and Studio B) from the anchor chair, and co-anchoring the FOX News with Lauren. |

I have a fantasy of the cheerleaders stomping on a journalism student who is spamming a board trying to redirect readers to another site. Then Dawkins comes over and rips out his heart. Then proceeds to perform open heart surgery where he replaces it.
After that Dawkins personally mentors this troubled young student and he is a better person for it. He goes on to live a long life remembering when Dawkins literally and figuratively ripped out his heart and took his life only to save him both mentally and physically. Never again will he spam a board with the crap he once did. The End. |

I have two fantasies. The first is I become head of a secret organization that trains the cheerleaders to fight crime under the guise of harmless cheerleaders. They learn weapons, martial art and security training and defeat the attempts of the evil organization B.O.B, who wants to cause pain and suffering to everyone, even if it means no personal gain, and their own oily, ugly, tranny versions of "girls" all over the city. I only speak to the girls through an intercom or phone - they never see my face. And I watch them through a one-way mirror. Every caper we solve ends with them laughing and then the scene freezes and cheezy eighties music kicks in with stills from what we did that day as the credits roll.
There's that and then there's the one where I come home and they're all making out in my bed with my wife. Last edited by Kaylore; 04-04-2010 at 07:37 AM.. |

The chiefs are driving the ball in a tie game with 50 seconds left in the 4th quarter. All of a sudden this gal yells out. "Come on Bronco fans! Get up! The Chiefs ****ing suck!! Let's win this mother ****ing game!!!"
The wave breaks out, the team gets pumped, we sack Cassel who fumbles the ball which is returned for a 50 yard TD. Broncos Win! Broncos Win!! ![]() |

I love broadcasting chicks, even members of the Broncos cheerleaders (aspiring to be, and already are, in broadcasting).
Goes great with my other journalism-related hobbies: listening to news theme music, watching news production elements on YouTube (news opens, bumpers, closes and promos), tying differences into prior knowledge to journalism (dancing, karate, Broncos football, computer, blogging, etc). Movies that relate to journalism: Anchorman (2004 (Will Ferrell and Christina Applegate)), Broadcast News (1987 (William Hurt, Holly Hunter, Jack Nicholson and Albert Brooks)), All the President's Men (1976 (Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffmann)), Network (1976 (Peter Finch, Robert Duvall, Faye Dunaway and William Holden)), Good Night and Good Luck (2005 (George Clooney and David Strathairn)), Up Close and Personal (1996 (Robert Redford and Michelle Pfieffer)). I love everything, just as long as it has everything to do with the field I'm going into, and making sure it ties into the field. Other members of the squad, not my type.
