This is huge... Notre Dame and Michigan were all over this kid... Wiess himself visited his school.

This gives NU 3 lineman that are listed on next years Rivals100... this could be a very special class next year.

The 2008 recruiting class continues to look very promising.... we got our QB. Blain Gabbert

Four Stars according to Scout, and rumored to be a five star on rivals (probably down to four now that he signed with NU, would have been a five had he gone with OU)

Either way, I'll take it.. he looks like a good one.

Hard to know what really happened.... if it was a case of a football player thinking he was above the law, causing trouble unprovoked, I hope he is off the team. He's good, but Cally has been pretty no-nonsense and removed trouble makers regardless of how good they are (see Incognito).

On the other hand... I have seen Lincoln cops in action

I think they will get to the bottem of it and I hope correct action is taken.
