He would be coming on as a TE coach, not anything I would be too worried about screwing up. NU's TEs were invisible this year anyhow, mostly due to the injury to Matt Herien but no one stepped up.
Callahan and Watson have some history together, they shared an office as graduate assistants at Illinios.
