I have no idea what the rule is on that in the NCAA, but I personally don't care if Callahan or any other coach, Big XII or not, does that. I thought it was stupid when the NFL banned that...but it's just my opinion.
However, if it is infact banned by the NCAA, then he should be dealt with according to their rules and regulations.
Saulbadguy - Sorry you had a bad experience with some Nebraska fans, but as I said in the post before, there will always be those few that are a-holes. Please don't assume that all NU fans are like that though.
